Sin Bin by Mandi Beck
Jason and Stella. Oh man, these two were hot and heavy and I loved it. What was supposed to be a one night stand turned into much more than either of them expected. Jason is a seasoned professional hockey player and Stella is a softball pitcher who is about to embark on her senior year of college. It doesn’t matter that there is a ten year age gap between these two because you could cut a knife with the sexual tension surrounding these two. Stella is an independent, stubborn woman who is determined to do things her way, but she has met her match in Jason. Jason is a sweetheart who wants to do anything and everything he can for Stella. I wanted more of Jason and his family because they were big and loud and awesome. The ending was the sweetest part of this book that just had me swooning so hard.
Yard Sale by Charleigh Rose
Cam and Mollie. I really loved this book because I have read Bad Habit by Charleigh Rose and we got to meet up with some of the characters in that book in Yard Sale. Cam and Mollie meet when Mollie is going through a rough time after breaking up with her “boyfriend” and losing her job. They meet in a bar and one thing leads to another and then they find themselves in a life changing predicament. Cam is a professional snowboarder who is hella cocky, but hella hot. Fast forward six months and Cam is sidelined from snowboarding because of a torn ACL, and unexpectedly runs into Mollie again. However, she it toting around a rather big surprise. Cam and Mollie were incredibly sweet together. I loved that this book had an epilogue! It was the icing on top of a cake!
Sweeping the Series by Kate Stewart
Ren and Erica. I haven’t read any books by Kate Stewart before, but I will change that because I did meet some fantastic characters that have their own stories already written. This book had me gut laughing at times and heartbroken at others. Ren and Erica broke up tragically three years ago before circumstances bring them back together for their second chance. Ren is a professional baseball catcher whose image is in the toilet, and Erica is the PR person sent to do the job of cleaning it up. There is drama and tears and laughter and jokes throughout this book. Ren is a clean freak (emphasis on freak), which leads to endless amusement, and Erica is a strong woman who is trying to be vulnerable in order to get her second chance. Ren is caring and knows Erica like no one ever has. Erica was taught to protect someone who should never have been protected and thinks she comes second to baseball since it tore her family apart. That is why these two are so perfect for each other. The only man in the world who could help Erica is Ren. Another phenomenal epilogue followed this book as well!
Full Court Press by Kennedy Ryan
Decker and Avery. I was so excited about this one because I LOVE Kennedy Ryan. This book was so emotional and sad, but I knew that’s usually Kennedy’s MO so I was ready for it. Decker is a professional basketball player who (fast forward ten years) retires, and ends up guest hosting a sports show with Avery. Avery is reporter whose worst nightmare comes true when she learns that her guest co-host is Mack Decker. It’s her worst nightmare due to an incident ten years ago that she has never quite gotten over. Over ten years, the two have both been in serious relationships, changed jobs, continued on with their lives, but there is always a what if question between the two of them. When they are forced to host a show together the flames are hotter than ever between them. However, they have both been traumatized in one way or another in their past relationships, which threatens to keep them apart. Avery is guilt ridden and putting on a plastic face for the world and Decker is frustrated and trying to see the one person who matters most in his world. These two have to work to find out where they fit together, but they are oh so good for one another.
Slapped into Love by Rochelle Paige
Ryan and Tamara. I haven’t read anything by this author before, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was shorter than the others that I have read so far. Ryan is a professional hockey player and Tamara is a Olympic speed skater. They hooked up several months ago, but had no idea who the other was. Ryan is shocked when his one night stand comes skating into the rink as the team’s new trainer to work on their speed before playoff games. However, Ryan makes a less than stellar impression when they first see each other again, and Tamara doesn’t need distractions like a uber gorgeous hockey player. As much as Tamara tried to stay away, she was no match for Ryan’s charming self.
Out of Formation by Ella Fox
Elena and Colin. Colin was a professional football player who became a coach when he retired, and Elena is a cheerleader in her senior year of college. However, she doesn’t expect her lifelong crush to become the head football coach at her school after he crushed her heart nine weeks ago. Elena and Colin have known each other since they were kids, and Elena has always had a crush on him. There was only one problem…Colin is ten years older than her. Things started to change for Colin three years ago when he sees Elena, but he doesn’t want to tie her down when she is still young. When they can’t ignore the growing flames when they’re around each other, they combust and there is nothing stopping them. They go all in and this book had the sweetest epilogue of all. This was an extremely short book compared to the others, but it was still very good.
Back in the Game by Meghan Quinn
Calder and Rachel. I haven’t ever read anything by Meghan Quinn before, BUT THAT IS GOING TO CHANGE! I freaking loved this adorably funny, awkward romantic comedy. Calder is a professional hockey player and single dad to an adorable little girl, and Rachel is a sweet and sassy kindergarten teacher. This book had me gut laughing throughout because of the banter these two had. It was beyond perfect. It was in the light and fluffy territory and read very quickly. I need to meet my own Calder because this sexy man is so swoon worthy. He is sweet, sensitive, giving, yet alpha, domineering, and very protective. I could literally go on and on about Calder because I freaking love that man who blushes when Rachel makes an obscene comment about his anatomy/bedroom skills. Rachel is quirky, funny, sassy, witty, and so smart. She was a joy to read about and I loved her confidence and boldness to face things straight on. I truly truly loved this book and I will definitely be picking up some more books by this author!
One Good Man by Emma Scott
Adrian and Janey. This was a historical romance that took place in Paris, France, in 1970. Janey is a reporter who gets into trouble for getting too close to a story in the States, and her father ships her off to Paris to finish her schooling. Adrian is a semi-pro football player who is going to med school at the same time. These two met in a chance encounter before Janey is assigned to write a story on Adrian and his football career. Adrian is putting on a front in order to hide the disaster that the Vietnam war has left his family in, and Janey is frustrated that she was assigned yet another puff piece about a spoiled rich football player. However, Janey quickly realizes there is a bigger story hidden under the facade that Adrain puts up. They both avoid the feelings they feel sparking between them, but they can only avoid it for so long. I loved Adrian and how he was willing to put his family in front of his own passions. He was such a strong character who felt torn between what he wanted to do and what he needed to do. Janey was also a strong character who wanted nothing more than to make the world a better place through her writing. There was such a peace about this book and this couple. I truly admired these two for their aspirations and where they ended up. It was something I considered once upon a time.
Switch Hitter by Sara Ney
Dante and Amelia. This book was an introduction to Sara Ney’s Jock Row series that releases in the spring. Dante is a catcher for his college baseball team, and Amelia is a student. Dante and Amelia meet under the funniest circumstances. I loved reading about their adventure. Dante is reserved and doesn’t want to waste his time dating unless it is with a girl with substance. However, when Lucy asks him out, he decides to go out with her. On their third date, he notices something strange about her…its almost like she is a completely different person…and when did she get a dimple so close to her mouth? Amelia is a sweet, loyal person who will do anything for her twin sister…yes, I said twin sister. This includes going out with a stranger because her sister double booked herself. She is not prepared to actually really like Dante, but knows she can’t have him. This book had me laughing at some of the situations Amelia found herself in, and Dante was so freaking hot with his Spanish woven into his dialogue at times. This was a pretty quick read that I loved enough to read more about them in Ney’s upcoming book.
The End Zone by LJ Shen
Sage and Jolie. I love LJ Shen and the stories she writes so I was very excited to read this one. I was not disappointed. Sage is a quarterback for his college looking at going pro, and Jolie is his best friend whom he has known for ten years. Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes to read because the characters are truly best friends and know everything about each other. Sage encounters a rude awakening where he realizes the one girl he wants to spend the rest of his life with is the one girl who he is living with and has known for ten years. Jolie gave her heart to a broken boy so many years ago and never got it back. However, she doesn’t want to risk her friendship with Sage by telling him how she feels. Until Sage starts acting odd and trying to become something more with her. These two were adorable together and I loved their story. They were such great characters and there were even some side characters that I enjoyed reading about in this book. The ending was beyond perfect and I really wish I got to read more about this couple.
Unfortunately, Adriana Locke’s book was not included in my ARC so I was not able to read it! Overall, I really really loved this anthology, and I actually want to get the paperback edition because I truly enjoyed each book. I am a sucker for sports romance so I was in hog heaven with this series. Plus, who doesn’t love some hot abs with a side of sweet man? I felt like there was a good mixture of tropes, sports, and time periods, in this anthology that everyone could find something to love.

A contemporary romance author running on coffee and sticky kisses from my rowdy four little boys.
From Indiana, I’m a true Mid-Westerner. Life, for me, is about family, faith, and food. When I’m not running my kiddos around or having a lunch date of fajitas with my husband (and high school sweetheart), you can find me outside. I love a good sunny day almost as much as I love candy, random quotes, and steamy bad boys in fantastic books.
I’m on nearly every social media platform. Please find me on the ones you frequent – I love chatting with readers.

Mandi Beck has been an avid reader all of her life. A deep love for books always had her jotting down little stories on napkins, notebooks, and her hand. As an adult she was further submerged into the book world through book clubs and the epicness of social media. It was then that she graduated to writing her stories on her phone and then finally on a proper computer.
A nursing student, mother to two rambunctious and somewhat rotten boys, and stepmom to two great girls away at college, she shares her time with her husband in Chicago where she was born and raised. Mandi is a diehard hockey fan and blames the Blackhawks when her deadlines are not met.

I write romances with flawed characters, characters with artistic hearts: builders, poets, and writers of various makes and models. I love to write book lovers; those who have found refuge, companionship, and escape in books, much as we do in real life. I like realism, honesty, authenticity in storytelling. I love to write about enduring love, soul-deep love, in as real a setting as I can make, but with big smooshy HEAs. I believe in diversity, open-mindedness, and inclusion. I like sweetness mixed with steam, love conquering all, and above all, hope. Love always wins.

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.
Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking.
Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!

Kate Stewart lives in Charleston, S.C. with her husband, Nick, and her naughty beagle, Sadie. A native of Dallas, Kate moved to Charleston three weeks after her first visit, dropping her career of 8 years, and declaring it her creative muse. Kate pens messy, sexy, angst-filled contemporary romance as well as romantic comedy and erotic suspense because it’s what she loves as a reader. A lover of all things ’80s and ’90s, especially John Hughes films and rap, she dabbles a little in photography, can knit a simple stitch scarf for necessity only and does a horrible job of playing the ukulele. Aside from running a mile without collapsing, traveling is the only other must on her bucket list. On occasion, she does very well at vodka.
