Skilled, sculpted, and sexy, the men of adult entertainment are the kind of guys a woman reserves for her fantasies, not her reality. But is there more to these professional hotties than meets the eye?…

The day Robyn Flores meets Zac Fallon is one of those days. You know, when you’re already late for work. Mostly because you haven’t really slept since your best friend abandoned you for her fiancé and her exponentially better life. The kind of day you drag yourself to the cleaners to pick up your laundry, only to discover you’ve got the wrong bag—Star Spangled sequined thong, anyone? So Robyn is definitely not ready for the ridiculously gorgeous guy at her front door, except that they have each other’s clothes. But then, is any woman ever ready to meet the love of her life?

There’s just one problem: Zac Fallon is not the love of Robyn’s life. Zac knows, despite the all-too-intimate dinner they share, he doesn’t have a shot at her. Because the next time Zac sees Robyn, he’s front and center of the male revue headlining her best friend’s bachelorette party. So much for wooing the pretty schoolteacher, much less impressing her old-fashioned family, with his upstanding lifestyle. Now he’s only got one way to win his dream girl. It’s gonna be the steamiest, most irresistible seduction she’s ever seen. And this time it will be no act…

I didn’t even read the synopsis of this one before snatching it up to read.  The cover was especially nice to look at, and there was a tiny blurb about a school teacher and a sexy stripper.  Plus it was a romantic comedy, and there is rarely one of those that I don’t enjoy.  For me, there’s nothing like a really good feel good novel full of love and humor to make my day.  And fortunately for me, Stripped had all this and more!

Stripped is the story of Robyn, a 28 year old fifth grade teacher, who is struggling with where her life has landed.  She’s discombobulated, stressed out, and all out of sorts.  It doesn’t help when she goes to get her clean laundry, and instead of finding a bag full of dresses and cardigans, she gets a handful of sparkling, patriotic thong.  Needless to say, this leads to a hilarious run in with said owner of the thong, who just so happens to be her new neighbor, Fallon.  Despite everything that says these two should never be together, they decide to embark on a relationship…with a deadline.

I loved this book from the very first page, and couldn’t put it down.  Robyn was funny, sweet, and felt like someone that I would love hanging out with.  And Fallon, whoa…that man was hot.  But also sweet, and adorable, and I loved the fact that he wasn’t ashamed of what he chose as his career.  He stood up for himself, and wasn’t scared to tell people he was a stripper.  And while Robyn struggled with it at first, I adored how she came around to the fact and actually ended up enjoying his career choice.  Zoey Castile’s writing was really strong, and she was had some really fun, quirky dialogue that had me laughing out loud.  I can’t wait to see what else this author has to bring with this series.  She’s definitely a new autobuy for me!!
