BLOG TOUR: Unwritten Law (Steele Brothers, #1) by Eden Finley

Release Date: September 5, 2018

Cover Design: Angsty G

Synopsis

Being an identical twin doesn’t come without issues.

No one can tell us apart, not even our parents sometimes. We don’t usually use that to our advantage, but it comes in handy when my brother needs help breaking up with his boyfriends—which happens more than I’d care to admit. I know it’s enabling him, but I can’t say no to Anders. I will do anything for my twin. The breakups always go the same; they’re swift and simple.

Until Reed.

He’s everything I’ve fantasised about but never allowed myself to have. When I give in to temptation and begin to freak out, it’s not because he’s a guy. It’s because he thinks I’m my brother, and I can’t bring myself to tell him the truth.

Review:

I have fallen in love with Eden Finley’s sweet MM romance books that always leave me happy. This girl does love her mistaken identities and fake outs, which always leave her characters in for a wild ride!

I have a fascination with twins and the bond that they share so I knew I would love this book too. Anders and Law have been through a lot over the past five years, and they always have each others backs. Law always protecting Anders to the point of enabling him. That is how he ends up meeting Reed.

Law has always wanted to explore his bi side, but considering guys has always been Anders thing, he never had the courage to do it. However, Reed grows caution to the wind the first time he lays eyes on Reed because he is awakening his bi side like no other guy ever has and he can’t let this chance go. It is everything Law imagined it would be and he can’t seem to get Reed out of his head. Now he just has to own up to the fact that he is actually not the brother Reed thinks he is.

I loved Law and his desire to protect those around him despite the negligence to his own self. Law hates lying to Reed, but he has no idea how to fix things without looking like a total stalker. Reed was my absolute favorite because he was so amazing to both Law and Anders even though he had no idea they were one and the same. I felt for him when his confusion for the two collided and he was wanting after the “straight” brother when he should be wanting a future with the “gay” one.

This story was short and sweet and the perfect thing to read in one sitting. The story was well written and I loved the flow of the story. It had such a great message embedded in the side story that I thought really added to the story.

Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars!

About the Author

Eden Finley is an Amazon bestselling author who writes steamy contemporary romances that are full of snark and light-hearted fluff.

She doesn’t take anything too seriously and lives to create an escape from real life for her readers. The ideas always begin with a wackadoodle premise, and she does her best to turn them into romances with heart.

With a short attention span that rivals her five-year-old son’s, she writes multiple different pairings: MM, MMF, and MF.

She’s also an Australian girl and apologises for her Australianisms that sometimes don’t make sense to anyone else.
