REVIEW: Ravage Me (Ravage MC, #1) by Ryan Michele

19569028After spending the last two years stuck behind bars for a crime she didn’t commit, Harlow ‘Princess’ Gavelson’s time inside has finally come to an end, and she’s ready for revenge. Unfortunately, being the daughter to the Vice President of the Ravage Motorcycle Club cuts into her plans, as orders must be followed. Trying to settle back into this life is proving difficult when the tables are turned and the woman who framed her is out for blood. Lucky for Princess, growing up in a MC has taught her how to hold her own.

After spending years in hell overseas, Donavon ‘Cruz’ came home to lose the very thing he went into hell for, sending him to the darkest moments of his life. Joining Ravage two years ago was his safe haven, and he protects his family at all costs.

When a dark-haired bombshell struts into the club’s shop, he’s caught off guard but immediately knows she’s the one he’d do anything for. Tough as nails, and taking no crap from anyone, he’s captivated by a woman who could handle this life. Trying to meet the needs of the MC business and follow his heart proves to be difficult when the two collide, and lives are at stake.

Can these two find a way to be together, or will the needs of Ravage cost them everything, including their lives?

I dove back into my motorcycle reads with Ravage Me by Ryan Michele, and I am low key obsessing over this series. It’s dark, gritty, kickass, and very well written. I have not been so excited about a motorcycle series in a while!

Harlow ‘Princess’ Gavelson. Talk about a kickass heroine who pushes back when pushed. Princess grew up in the Ravage MC world due to her father being VP and her younger brother following in their dad’s footsteps. After being released from prison for a crime she didn’t commit, Princess is bound and determined to see justice served…her way. Two years is a long time to be away from the club and she doesn’t know who the new players are, especially the hot as hell biker who wants to break her “I don’t sleep with brothers” rule. Princess is trying to get her life back on track, but Cruz along with his adorable son are pulling her in a different direction. When outside forces threaten everything and everyone she loves, she is willing to throw the gauntlet down to protect them.

I FREAKING LOVE PRINCESS. She is one of the most kickass, strong heroines that I have ever read. She refuses to be anyone’s doormat and fights for what she wants. The only one she lets get close, aside from her blood family, is Cruz, who comes along and claims her as his before she has even known him 24 hours. She fights it, but the draw she feels for him is undeniable. Plus his son Cooper is freaking adorable and burrows his way into her heart as well.

Donovan ‘Cruz’. It takes one hell of a man to go blow for blow with Princess, and Cruz is the only one capable of it. Cruz knows what he wants and he goes after it, no matter what is in his way. I love the possessiveness that Cruz has over Princess and the take no shit way he has. He fiercely loves her and his son, and would do absolutely anything for them.

I am so damn excited about this series and I am hoping to read the rest of it as soon as I possible can!

Overall Rating: 5/5 Stars!
