Lose yourself to the dark and glamorous underbelly of the Upper East Side in the second book in USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde’s new billionaire romance Cruel Trilogy.
I finally have everything I ever wanted–fame and fortune and literary success.
Only one problem: I lost my muse.
He was tall, dark, and handsome. Broody, enigmatic, alluring, and right for me in every way.
Until he wasn’t. Until I lost everything.
And I can’t lose it all again. I’ll do anything to keep it.
Even seeing him again…
Holy hell in a handbasket. I am dead. This book. This couple. They killed me. I am deceased. And I also kind of hate K.A. Linde right now for making me wait on book three.
Cruel Fortune was everything I never knew I needed in a book. I’ve been in a complete reading slump all month, and it didn’t matter. It wasn’t stopping me from diving into this book. And Linde took this second book, through the story through a shredder, and still came out with probably one of my favorite books of the year. Nothing that happened in this book was ANYTHING I WANTED TO HAPPEN. And I honestly don’t care because it was so well written that I was on board with the whole story.
Obviously I don’t want to get into the plot and all that good stuff, because you MUST READ CRUEL MONEY. If you were hesitating, don’t. These books and this trilogy are hands down the best work that Linde has ever put forth, and I can’t wait to see wait secrets and tricks she has up her sleeve for book three.
So in conclusion, all I can say is read these books right now. Don’t wait until book three. I need everyone to read these and be in as much pain and agony as I am waiting for Linde to release the third book and put me out of my misery.
Also ladies, Penn Kensington is mine 😉
