This is more of a therapeutic article more than anything because I wanted to share some of my favorite books I turn to when I need comfort. This has been a tough semester for me! I have been dealing with a lot of things out of my control both in my personal life as well as my professional one. I am someone who craves harmony in my world so when people I am close to are dealing with stuff or I am feeling off center, I dive headfirst into a book. It might not be the healthiest coping mechanism, but there you have it. Sometimes any book will do, but others, when it is really bad, I turn to my comfort books. These books are nostalgic reads for me. They are books that have stuck with my for years because they burrowed a hole in my heart where they will stay.
