From the best selling series, Something So comes the spin-off This is…
All my life, I’ve said I will never date a hockey player. I know better because I’ve seen and lived it all. My father is a hockey god, my brother is the captain of the most successful NHL team in the world, and my brother-in-law also plays in the league.
Their lives are complicated, so I went in the opposite direction.
I fell in love with a scholar. But instead of proposing marriage, he broke up with me.
Three months later, I saw his engagement picture on Instagram. I couldn’t let him get away with that. No, it didn’t matter what, I was going to make that man see that I did not need him.
I was in the running to pass my point record from last year, ready to claim the number one spot in the league. On top of my game, I was riding my career high wave.
Then, Hockey’s Princess, Zara Stone tweeted me. She wanted me to crash her ex’s wedding.
The worst that could happen? A PR nightmare. The best? A fun night with a beautiful woman.
It started out as a game—something I’m good at. Her crazy idea twisted into something I wasn’t looking for, something neither of us wanted.
When push comes to shove, one thing runs through my mind:
This is Crazy. Also, this is crazy right.
Natasha Madison has done it again! I’ve read a lot of Natasha’s books, but my favorite series by her has been the Something So series, and I was so sad when she finished it out last year. I loved all of those characters, and watching them grow and find love, so imagine how excited I was when I found out that my dreams had come true and Natasha was doing a spin off series, starting with the Stone sisters!!
Zara Stone is living in New York, working as a stylist/personal shopper at Nordstrom’s, and believing that her boyfriend is finally going to ask her to marry him. However, he instead ends the relationship, using the whole “it’s not you, it’s me” excuse. And then proceeds to get engaged to his newest girl three months later! Well, needless to say, Zara is FURIOUS, and sends out a text to her ex’s boyfriends favorite hockey player, Evan Richards, asking him on a date to crash her ex’s wedding.
Evan Richards is young, hot, and one heck of a gentleman. When he sees Zara’s text, he can’t help but reply and soon the two are talking and getting to know each other. When they finally meet in person, sparks fly, and love is in the air. This is Crazy has a bit of a slow burn feel and nothing romantic really happens between the two main characters until about the 50% point of the novel, and I wouldn’t change a dang thing about it. It was absolute perfection, and these two together were one of my favorite couples. Evan is swoony as can be, and he’s so sweet to Zara, and together these two are absolutely combustible.
I loved this book so much, and this couple, plus the small amount of dramatic elements were well placed, and didn’t overwhelm the story, but gave it just the right touch of flare. I couldn’t have asked for a better book and a better story. And the second epilogue….let’s just say, I can’t wait to see what Natasha has in store for Zoe!

Oh man! No one can write a hockey romance quite like Natasha Madison! I have loved every single one that she has ever written, especially this one. Why? Because I love second generation spinoff’s!
Zara and Evan were absolutely adorable together and I enjoyed how their relationship developed. What started as a revenge plot, then turned into two people having sizzling chemistry together that they let slowly burn until it exploded. It was fantastic to read!
I really loved how romantic this story was and Evan might be my stand out character for this book. He is so strong, yet he has this sweet side that just makes you melt.
I am so excited to see what Natasha has in store for Zoe because I know it is going to just as fantastic as this story!

You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips.
