From New York Times Bestseller, Corinne Michaels, comes a second chance love story.

The day he said he’d never love me is when I vowed Quinn Miller would never break my heart again.

I wanted a family—but he wouldn’t give me that. As one of the top embryologists in the country, I’ve spent years creating babies in the lab for other people as my own dreams of motherhood fade.

I’m done waiting. I decide to start the journey to parenthood alone.

Then Quinn strolls back into my life, with all the finesse of a hurricane. I’m a fool to think I don’t want him anymore, and one reckless night of passion ends with me pregnant by the man I swore I’d never love again.

Now he doesn’t just want my heart, he wants it all. The baby. Love. A life where we’re happy.

But even as he promises me the future I always desired, I can’t help but fear that something will rip him away from me again.

This time . . . indefinitely.

I read this series back in 2017 and I absolutely LOVED it because it was military, emotional, and so compelling. I fell in love with all of the characters in the story and the overarching story across all of the books. Needless to say, I was so freaking happy when Corinne came back to this world. It was everything I wanted and felt nostalgic because I felt like I was coming home while reading Indefinite.

Corinne did another brilliant job writing a story filled with so much emotion, yet still action packed that literally had me holding my breath. It was fun to see old characters coming back and being introduced to possible future characters. Since this was a duet, I was not at all surprised when Corinne left me hanging at the end of an intense scene that I am not sure what is going to happen next. I both love and loathe that feeling because my mind just keeps whirring with all of the possibilities of where Corinne is going to continue this journey.

Ashton is a strong, stubborn heroine who knows exactly what she wants in life. I admire that about her because she made some tough choices in order to chase her dreams. Quinn is just as stubborn and strong, and he starts to question the choices that he made when his life flashes before his eyes. Mainly the girl he left behind and all of the dreams that she wanted, but he never gave to her. I loved Quinn (even when I hated him for the pain he caused Ashton) because he owned up to his mistakes, and he is trying everything in his power to earn back Ashton’s trust. This man is simply swoon-worthy and pays attention to the details.

Ashton and Quinn were absolutely beautiful. They each had their flaws, but it made them exactly who they are and brought them to where they are supposed to be. I loved watching these two fall in love again and watching Quinn do his very best to prove that he wants the same things in life that Ashton has always wanted. I am dying to get my hands on their conclusion because shit just hit the fan, and I need to know how everything is going to play out!
