Getting pregnant after a booze cruise hookup was not what any parent wanted to hear, so I picked up my entire life and moved to Paris to start over. Six years later, I was ready to go home.

I was a single mom and the only thing I knew about my son’s dad was his name—Luca. I didn’t need to know anything else.

The universe had other ideas because on our second day back home, the man came crashing back into my life.

Attending a welcome back party for my boss’s daughter wasn’t how I wanted to spend my Sunday. But walking in and seeing my hookup from a cruise six years ago knocks me on my ass.

It was a weekend of fun and now I’m seeing a pair of eyes, identical to mine, staring right at me. The boy standing next to her is my son.

Now we’re living next door to each other and attempting to co-parent something that would be easy to do if the pull that brought us together wasn’t still there making things more complicated.

For six years she haunted my dreams, now she’s haunting my every waking moment.
I let her get away once, now I want to make her mine.

This time, permanently.

Only one thing left to do. I have to tempt the hookup.

Emily’s Review

If you’ve been here long, you know that I am a Natasha Madison uber fan. I’ve been here since the very beginning and her books are like candy. Once I start, I can’t stop. When Tempt the Hookup landed on my Kindle, I stupidly opened it at 10:00 at night, right as I was getting ready to go to sleep. A few hours later, I was closing my Kindle and trying to get an hour or so of sleep before I had to be back up to start my day. I just fell in love with the characters of this book, and I love a secret baby. Plus, Natasha blew it out of the park with the witty banter, and perfectly timed comedy in this one. I don’t think a romantic comedy can get much better than this one!

Luca and Eliahn met several years ago on a booze cruz, fell in love, and then went their separate ways. Luca was desperate to find her, and Eli was left pregnant and alone. Years later, Luca is still alone, never having dated after Eli when he meets his boss’s daughter and grandson, who are none other than the infamous Eli and her secret baby. This is when the fun begins. Can I just say, I adored Luca. He was so sweet and caring, but still alpha enough to find sexy as all get out. I adored his relationship with his son, and how quickly he accepted Aiden in his life.

Eli was equally pleasing as a character, and one of my favorite heroines in recent romance reads. She’s such a strong character, having left to live in France alone, raising her son on her own while longing for a man that she only knew for a few days. Her feelings for Luca were adorable and I just loved their love. Honestly, if I had one complaint about this book it would be that it ended much too soon and I just wanted so much more of this family.

If you’re looking for something to get you laughing, and just take you out of real life for a while, don’t hesitate to give the Tempt series a try. You can not go wrong with Natasha’s comedic wit and I promise you’ll be a fan for life!

About the Author

When her nose isn’t buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she’s in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It’s a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn’t listen to her…
